As my very first blog entry, I will introduce myself. I am quite a fun-loving boy who was in Anderson Junior College as one of the 1st intakers for this year.
My life in Anderson Junior college have just started and there is really nothing much to note except that I am in the Science stream and study in PDG 21/07. I am in Wushu and is still training hard to improve my skills in the co-curricular activity.
Well, like everyone I felt Anderson Junior College is a boring "mugger" school that has no real "life". But I managed to get along with the first three months of college life somehow; thanks to my friends and frequent visits to the student lounge, Nexus to "destress" after lessons and lectures.
I was previously from St Joseph's Institution and have completed my secondary education there. Up till now, I still miss my secondary school life and long to relive in once more. My previous co-curricular activity was St John's Ambulance Brigade and although I left the unit a year ago, I will still return to contribute more to my alma mater.
I have a few hobbies as I usually stick to doing one thing at a time. I like to swim, sleep and play computer games to pass my time. It is rather unfortunate that college life rarely permits time for such activities; especially sleeping.
My favourite subjects are chemistry and biology, but I do not take biology in college as I aspire to be an engineer. I feel I am coping with my subjects rather well but still feel that there is still much room for improvement. My latest tests were not very up to standard and I really hope that I can do better next time.
In conclusion, I feel that I am just an ordinary student in Anderson Junior College who is trying like the rest to achieve his or her final dream: To enter a university.
